You will also get e-mail support for the week following your sessions to discuss progress on your preparation. However if you are looking for a true sense and real improvement of your self confidence, career or your health and well-being one session might be a little short, but it is perfect if you are looking for that little booster.

4 coaching sessions: €240.00 save €20.00    

Get 4x 60 minute session spread over 1-2 months as well as e-mail support in-between sessions. See yourself starting to take a leap forward towards that new you. You will start to discover what is stopping you and start to take the first big steps towards a new rewwarding life.

12 coaching sessions: €650.00save €130.00 +VAT     

You can spread 12 x 60 minute sessions over 3 or 6 months or anything in-between. After your 12th session you will have found a true inner self confidence. You are now well on the w\ay to achieving that big goal of yours. You have a plan and you know you can do it. You’ll know what beliefs you held about yourself and others that were stopping you from achieving your true potential and will have overcome them. You will have embraced your strengths and know how to play them to achieve your goals. Through exercises, listening to yourself, planning and focusing on your goals you will have developed your own sense of self worth that is no more limiting but that lets you shine and enjoy life. The little green monster of jealousy has become an unthreatening little ferry and that nagging inner voice that tells you:' You are not good enough 'has been shut up, and should they ever creep up again you will have tools in place to get rid of them.

You will take away a great deal more than just a confidence booster from these 12 sessions; you will take away a life strategy that is uniquely yours.

Once you have more than 12 sessions you are well on the way to achieving your dreams but you might still every now and again want a session to follow up on progress, to focus, celebrate success or discuss new ventures or any upcoming events where you need a little coaching on to prepare.

Making an appointment: I offer week-end and evening sessions to suit your busy lifestyle. This has one reason, I want you to be relaxed and able to focus on yourself and prepare for the week ahead. You will also need 10-15 minutes to prepare for each session to get the most out of it and another 10-15 after. You will also need some time to tackle a little home work every now and again.
